I' m nearing my 12th year here, I've seen many changes come and go.....some good, some not. But, if there is a problem, ... go to the horses mouth. I have always gotten good results this way!!!!!!!! Safety and Security are one of my big priorities......again any issues report it immediately! The grounds are always kept prestine and well manicured. Snow and ice removal are a big issue..........may need a boost from time to time. A "Giant Part" here at the Evergreens are our remarkable, caring and friendly neighbors who everyday help with the many functions, gatherings and "Special Occasions".............Go "Team Green"............You Guys & Gals are "The Best" ! ! I have lived here eight years and love it. I am still able to work and go as I please. I do not have to worry about any yard work or snow removal. Safety is a priority. Convenient to hospital, doctors, shopping. Very wheel-chair friendly and has many activities you can participate in. It is very quiet in the individual apartments.

This is a great place to live. The maintenance crew is super, very helpful and willing. I love it here. The rugs need to be replaced after nine years , thats the only negative thing I have to say.
